Who we are

Brastyn (brastyn.com) is owned and operated by Albee Holdings LLC, Mound, Minnesota. Albee Holdings LLC owns this website, its content, and the Brastyn name and logo. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Albee Holdings LLC.

Information we collect

When you send an inquiry, we receive what you enter: your name, business email, company, phone number if you give one, the option you’re interested in, and your message.

To limit repeated or automated submissions, we briefly use your connection’s IP address. We keep it for no more than one hour, and we don’t store it with your inquiry. We do record the country your inquiry came from.

We measure site visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors.

How your information is used

We use your inquiry only to reply to you and to discuss the options you asked about. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use it for unrelated marketing.

Sharing

We don’t share your information with other companies, except the service providers that run this website and deliver our email (Cloudflare). They handle it only on our behalf and must keep it confidential. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Storage and retention

Inquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider. We keep them as long as we need them to respond and to follow up on any business we do together. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Sending an inquiry is always optional. You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
